• Infrastructure - water issues, sewerage treatment, green energy, planning and siting, new infrastructure
• Services - recreation, social, health, aged care, schools
• Culture - arts, facilities, cinema, social activities, history and heritage
• Image - developing our own identity, our relationship with the ACT, town feel with city amenity
